Campaign Architect & Smarter Ask Omesta — Major Upgrade

  • Campaign Architect is here — get an AI-drafted, data-grounded campaign plan across Meta, Google, and TikTok, launch it in one click (or phase by phase), and let Managed Mode run hands-off optimizations automatically within your budget guardrails.
  • Ask Omesta can now take action — chat to draft and launch campaigns, apply ad audit fixes, turn on Autopilot, and get a full marketing roadmap — all without leaving the conversation.
  • Smarter audit & self-healing — the traction audit now shows only your truly live ads, offers real one-click fixes, auto-graduates A/B test winners, and proactively proposes what to run next based on your win/loss history.
  • Richer chat experience — responses now show thinking time, thumbs-up/down feedback, and your usage is metered fairly per plan so heavy users on Scale get unlimited access while all plans stay protected.

Fixed

Smoother onboarding and more reliable AI recommendations

  • Generating your marketing plan during onboarding is now more reliable — it handles slow connections gracefully and shows honest progress instead of appearing to hang.
  • AI-powered recommendations are more consistently accurate, with fewer silent failures when generating structured suggestions.

Improved

More reliable Eventbrite payment sync

  • Eventbrite payment events now sync more reliably, even when real-time delivery hiccups occur
  • Missed or delayed payment updates are automatically caught and reconciled, keeping your recovery data accurate

Autopilot Now Fights Bot Traffic & Cleans Up Your Ad Data

  • Autopilot defunds bot-heavy ad sets automatically — when invalid clicks spike on an ad set, Autopilot cuts its budget so you stop paying for traffic that will never convert.
  • Bot conversions are blocked before they reach Meta & Google — fake leads are suppressed before being sent to your ad platforms (and retracted from Google), keeping your campaign optimisation based on real buyers only.
  • Real cost-per-lead is now visible — the dashboard separates verified leads from suspected bot traffic so you can see what your ads are actually costing you per genuine customer.
  • Today's conversions update in real time — your dashboard now reflects live conversion counts throughout the day, not a delayed snapshot.

Fixed

More accurate ad reporting and visitor tracking

  • Ad spend and lead numbers now stay in sync — Meta data is pulled using your account's own timezone, so daily totals no longer drift or mismatch.
  • Visitor tracking is more reliable, with improved accuracy in identifying returning customers and filtering out invalid traffic.

Improved

Smarter Autopilot, Accurate Ad Spend & Live Integration Health

  • Autopilot is now available on all plans — every merchant can use AI-driven ad optimization, no upgrade required.
  • Ad spend data is now accurately reported in your account's timezone — a date-window bug that caused recent spend to be dropped has been fixed.
  • Recovered conversions are now sent back to TikTok (in addition to Meta and Google), so your ad platforms get credit for every sale that was rescued — and a Google conversion timing bug has been fixed along the way.
  • Live integration health for Stripe, Square, Shopify, Eventbrite, Meta, Google, and TikTok is now visible on the Omesta status page, complete with an outage banner that clears automatically when service recovers.

New

Smarter assistant, real results, and new pages for every business

  • Ask Omesta gets smarter — the built-in assistant now reasons through multi-step questions, giving you more accurate, actionable answers about your account.
  • Cost-per-lead reporting for lead-gen businesses — if you run a lead-generation business, your ad performance metrics now show cost per lead instead of a generic demographics figure, so you can make faster, more relevant decisions.
  • New case study: real numbers, real results — check out how The Hub Nation cut their cost per registration from $10 down with Omesta, with verified before-and-after figures.
  • New pages for local businesses and developers — a dedicated solution page for local and lead-gen businesses, plus a full Omesta Connect landing page, make it easier to understand exactly how Omesta fits your needs.

Improved

Autopilot tune-up: one-click dead-hour pausing and inline budgets

  • Dead-hour auto-pause, one click. Autopilot can now stop delivery during the hours that quietly burn budget without converting — turn it on right from your dashboard instead of digging through ad-schedule settings.
  • Set a monthly budget target inline. Type your monthly cap on the budget-pacing card and Autopilot paces spend toward it automatically.
  • Clearer budget reporting. Campaign and ad-set budgets now always show the real daily figure, including shared campaign-level budgets that used to read as blank.

Omesta Connect, our leak engine is now a platform you can build on

Omesta Connect turns the 83-rule leak engine, partner API, and hosted ad-connect flow into a platform other companies can build on. It ships with an invite-only developer portal — click-wrap legal gate, usage charts, API keys, and self-serve ad scopes.

What's in the box

  • Hosted connect flow. Stripe-Connect-style onboarding sends partner users through an Omesta-branded page to attach Meta, Google, and TikTok ad accounts behind a 30-minute signed URL, with disconnect and ad-account picker built in.
  • Partner API surface. Read-only endpoints expose campaigns, ad sets, demographics, call-tracking, leak detection, and Omesta AI — each gated by a scoped omk_ key with hard monthly cost caps so an integration cannot run up the bill.
  • Developer portal and console. Public waitlist, admin approval, click-wrap acceptance with a versioned agreement and SHA-256 evidence, then a console with workspace stats, request charts, error rates, and dashboard-issued keys.
  • Auto-run audits for partner workspaces. As soon as a connected workspace has 365 days of ad data, the leak pipeline fires so the integration sees real findings before its first poll.
  • Demo Mode and Pro upgrade rails. Empty dashboards now render a populated demo state, and locked nav surfaces carry a Pro badge with an ROI-aware upgrade modal so the product feels alive before the first connection.

Partner endpoints live under /api/platform/v1 and the hosted page at /connect, with operator surfaces in Developer Portal and Admin → Developers. The Dashboard also picks up a Refresh button on the autopilot creative card and a Meta ad-account switcher for multi-account merchants.

Page Boosts and multi-account Meta sync, every dollar of ad spend in view

Meta panels in Ads Management now surface every boosted post and every ad account, including the spend Business Suite tucks away behind Page admin permissions and secondary ad accounts.

What's in the box

  • New Page Boosts tab. Pulls boosts created from the Page Boost button, Business Suite, or Instagram — the ones that never showed up in Campaigns because they fund through a personal ad account. Each row shows budget, paid reach, impressions, and engaged users.
  • All accounts view by default. When you have more than one Meta ad account connected, the Campaigns table now aggregates them with an Account column. No more switching between accounts to find a single campaign.
  • Per-account failure isolation. One misconfigured ad account no longer blanks the whole table — failures surface as a banner so the rest of your data still loads.
  • Updated Meta scope. New connections include the pages_manage_ads permission so Page-level boost data flows through. Existing connections need a quick disconnect and reconnect on the Integrations page to grant it.

The new Page Boosts tab sits next to Campaigns inside Ads Management → Meta, and multi-account mode kicks in automatically the next time you load the panel.

Homepage redesign, a unified marketing chrome across every public page

A redesigned homepage ships today, along with a new shared chrome that now extends across every marketing and legal page. Four new comparison pages and an AI revenue recovery pillar page also go live this week.

What's in the box

  • Homepage rebuild. Fresh hero, social proof, how-it-works, features, pricing, ROI calculator, FAQ, and guarantee sections — all built on a shared primitive layer so future pages drop in without bespoke work.
  • Unified marketing + legal chrome. About, Contact, Press, Privacy, Terms, GDPR, and Cookie Policy now share the same Nav and Footer. No more visual drift between sections of the site.
  • About and Contact rewritten. About schemas as the Omesta Team organization with the founder attached as a Person entity. Contact swaps the old in-page chat for two direct-contact cards plus a stats grid.
  • AI recovery pillar. New /ai-revenue-recovery page ships with a comparison Table schema, an 8-question FAQ, and a decision tree. Four new /vs pages launch alongside covering zerocart-ai, recartive, ruu-ai, and dynoweb.
  • One support inbox. press@, billing@, and partners@ now all route to support@omestasystems.com across the site.

The new look is live across the homepage and About page. Fresh comparison content lives under /vs and the /ai-revenue-recovery pillar.

Bleed Reveal calculator, see exactly what failed payments are costing you

The marketing funnel got a major rebuild. Bleed Reveal is a live calculator on the homepage that shows what failed payments and ad leaks cost your store in real time — and what Omesta recovers when you flip the switch.

What's in the box

  • Bleed Reveal calculator. Numbers tick up live so you can watch your monthly leak grow second by second. Six tier pills, a before-and-after Omesta toggle, and a compound kicker that projects what the leak becomes if left untouched for a year.
  • Hypertracking waitlist. New /hypertracking coming-soon page with inline email capture, floating event-log cards, and a verified recovery.omestasystems.com confirmation sender.
  • Free until $1k recovered. The $7 tripwire is gone. Starter caps are now generous enough that you can prove the platform works before paying a cent.
  • Multi-business workspaces. Scale customers can run more than one store from a single dashboard. Lower tiers see a tasteful paywall with a clear upgrade path.
  • Settings, retabbed. /dashboard/settings now lives on a single page with tabs for connections, billing, notifications, and team.

Plan availability

Free / Starter: Free until your first $1,000 recovered — the $7 tripwire is retired for good. Growth ($599): Full recovery engine plus ad-leak detection. Scale ($1,299): Adds multi-business workspaces for operators running more than one store.

Open the redesigned Pricing page to see the simpler three-tier ladder, or head to Settings to find the regrouped tabs. The Hypertracking waitlist is open if you want first access to the next surface.

Meta and Google connections are officially verified

Both Meta and Google have officially verified Omesta. The reviewer-mode warnings are gone and one-click connect is live for everyone.

What changes for you

  • Connect Meta Ads and Google Ads in one click — no more "this app isn't verified" screen during OAuth.
  • All ad-leak scans, pacing alerts, and attribution flows run on full live data instead of the limited reviewer scopes.
  • Accounts that were stuck in limbo during review will auto-reconnect the next time you sign in.

Thank you for your patience during this time — the review took a few weeks longer than we'd hoped on their side, but we're through it now and both connections will work normally going forward.

Fix

Dark mode polish, the dashboard and partner portal now respect your theme

A round of dark-mode fixes across the in-app surfaces. Cards, banners, and panels that previously froze in light-mode colors now follow your saved theme — on both the customer dashboard and the partner portal.

Customer dashboard

  • Recovery-progress strip in dark mode. The "Delivered $X of $1,000" reverse-paywall banner used to flash light-mode emerald against the dark shell. Both the free-preview state and the "pick a plan" amber variant now have proper dark surfaces, borders, and icon tints.
  • $7 tripwire activation banner. All four states — the activation CTA, the "we're activating your $7" processing strip, the "You're in!" celebration, and the days-left countdown (normal-week emerald, last-week orange) — now render correctly in dark mode.

Partner portal

  • Light/dark toggle actually flips the page. The theme provider was silently overriding your saved preference on /partner/* and pinning the portal to dark. Toggling light mode from the sidebar avatar dropdown now does what it says.
  • Dashboard cards and payout status. Hardcoded gray surfaces (the overview cards, payout table rows, and the four payout-status badges — no account, ready, restricted, onboarding) picked up dark variants — no more white panels against a dark background.
  • Get Omesta partner-offer card. The amber gradient on the partner-discount offer card and the green redeemed-state panel no longer render white-on-white in dark mode.

No action needed — the next time you open the dashboard or partner portal, the theme you chose just works.

Partner Program, earn 30 to 50% recurring on every Omesta referral

The Partner Program is now live as a dedicated surface in the dashboard. Sign up, share a link, and earn recurring commission on every customer you send to Omesta — for as long as they keep paying.

What's in the box

  • Affiliate, Partner, and Elite tiers. Three commission bands — 30%, 40%, and 50% recurring — based on how much MRR you drive. The tier cards use silver, gold, and diamond gradients so you can see at a glance where you sit.
  • Dedicated partners page. The old partner modal is gone. The full program — terms, payout schedule, referral link, current tier — now lives on its own page at /dashboard/partners.
  • Sidebar Earn chip. A vivid gradient pill surfaces the program from anywhere in the app, and the Partner Program entry is tucked into the user dropdown so it never clutters the main nav.
  • Refreshed upgrade page. While we were in the area, the in-app upgrade flow got a value-stack rebuild with risk-reversal copy, tier-tinted shadows, and team-seat plus multi-business cards.

Plan availability

Free / Starter: Eligible. Any Omesta account can join — no plan upgrade required. Growth ($599): Eligible. Scale ($1,299): Eligible.

Find the new surface under Partners in the dashboard sidebar, or tap the Earn chip from anywhere in the app. Your current tier, referral link, and pending payouts all live in one place now.

Ads Management, launch Meta, Google, and TikTok without leaving Omesta

You can now plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok directly from inside Omesta. No tab-juggling between three Ads Managers, no copy-pasting creative briefs, no rebuilding the same audience three times.

What's in the box

  • Unified launcher. One form to spin up a live or paused campaign on any of the three platforms, with the same creative + audience inputs.
  • Drill-down inside Campaigns. Performance, demographics, and call-tracking views now live as inner tabs on the active platform, no more modal stack to lose your place in.
  • Strategist co-pilot. The Omesta AI ad strategist drafts the structure, the targeting, and the creative angles for you, citing the awareness-stage and channel-fit reasoning behind each call. On Scale, it can apply the recommendations on a schedule.
  • Account header that follows you. Switching between accounts/brands updates every drill-down on the page in one click, built for agencies and operators running multiple Stripe + ad accounts.

Plan availability

  • Growth ($599): launch live or paused campaigns on Meta + Google, apply ad strategist moves with one click.
  • Scale ($1,299): adds TikTok, multi-account / multi-brand management, and Autopilot-applied ad recommendations.

Connect your platforms in Integrations, then head to Campaigns to launch. If you don't have ad accounts wired up yet, the strategist still works against any account you connect later, your historical data and merchant economics carry over.

Ask Omesta, chat with your live ad + Stripe data

Ask Omesta is the conversational layer over your live account. Type a question, get an answer grounded in your Meta, Google, TikTok, and Stripe data, not a generic GPT response, not a dashboard you have to interpret yourself.

Things merchants are already asking it

  • "Why did ROAS drop on Meta this week?" → it pulls last 14 days, groups by campaign and audience, points at the specific ad set that tanked, and shows the swing in CPM vs CTR vs CVR.
  • "Which refund reasons are growing?" → it segments your Stripe refunds by category and shows the ones trending up week-over-week.
  • "Should I scale the new TOF audience?" → it checks spend, frequency, and incremental CPA against your target CPA before answering.
  • "What's my churn risk this month?" → it grades active subscriptions on payback, payment-method age, and recent decline history.

How it's different

  • Grounded in your data. Every answer cites the campaigns, ad sets, transactions, or autopilot actions it pulled from.
  • Aware of your economics. If you've set target CPA, AOV, contribution margin, or payback months in your account, Omesta judges performance against your targets, not against generic platform averages.
  • Action-ready. Where there's a clear move, it offers to apply it through Autopilot rather than leaving you with another to-do.

Available on the Scale ($1,299) plan as part of the Priority Autopilot tier. Open it from the sidebar → Ask Omesta.

Autopilot, Omesta now runs the playbook for you

Autopilot, Omesta now runs the playbook for you

Autopilot is live. Omesta no longer just tells you what to fix, on Growth and Scale, it can now act for you.

What runs on autopilot

  • Failed-payment recovery. Smart retries on the schedule that issuer behavior actually rewards (not the lazy 3/5/7 default), branded dunning emails written in your tone, and an SMS fallback when email goes silent.
  • Ad-leak fixes. When Omesta finds a duplicated audience, a dead creative bleeding budget, or a placement that's burning spend with zero conversions, it can pause, reallocate, or ring-fence the budget, automatically.
  • Always-on guardrails. A monthly action cap per plan and a configurable preview window on every Autopilot move (defaults to 6 hours, adjustable up to 72). Nothing irreversible happens without you having a chance to reject it.

Ad Autopilot, overview tab with morning brief, counterfactual savings, and pending-review inbox

Cadence by plan

  • Starter ($249): evaluates daily, up to 5 actions per month.
  • Growth ($599): evaluates every 6 hours, up to 50 actions per month.
  • Scale ($1,299): evaluates hourly, no monthly cap.

Turn it on from Settings → Autopilot. The master switch defaults off, we don't touch your Stripe or ad accounts until you flip it.

Recovery on Autopilot has been pulling roughly 72% of failed-payment revenue back for our pilot merchants. Most of them set it once and never log into the dunning tab again.
