Is it really read-only?

Yes. By default Omesta has no write access to your payment processor, ad accounts, or store. If you opt into payment-retry automation or dunning emails inside the dashboard, Omesta gets scoped write access to those specific actions only. Nothing else.

How does the free-until-$1,000 guarantee work?

Sign up with email + password — no card. The full Omesta autopilot runs on your store from minute zero: leak scan, payment recovery, dunning emails, every intelligence module we ship. You don't enter payment until Omesta has put $1,000+ of processor-verified recovery back in your bank. If we never cross that floor, you owe nothing — no card was ever charged. Once you do cross it, you pick the plan that matches your revenue and lock it in.

What counts toward the $1,000 threshold?

Processor-verified recovered revenue: failed Stripe or Square payments where one of our retries succeeded. Dollars that actually moved back into your account because of us. Ad-pause savings and refund-pattern reductions are real money, but they don't count toward the refund threshold.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One click in billing settings. No cancellation fee, no retention call, no contract. You keep access through the end of your paid period.

Do you have an API?

How do you make money if you only recover $999 for me?

We don't, on that account. No card was ever charged, so there's nothing to refund — you walk with whatever we did recover and we eat the work. We still run the offer because most accounts cross $1,000 inside the first two weeks, and the few that don't tell us where our targeting and onboarding need work. We'd rather absorb the cost than charge for a system that hadn't earned the conversion.
