When to switch
- You've been on Omesta for 60+ days and are keeping the subscription.
- You're at Growth or Scale. The dollar savings are meaningful.
- Your procurement prefers annual invoices.
When to stay monthly
- You're in the first 30 days and still evaluating.
- Your business is seasonal and you want to cancel off-season.
Switching
Settings → Billing → Switch to annual. We prorate: you're credited for the unused portion of your current monthly period, then charged the annual amount minus the credit.
Annual refund policy
Pro-rated refund for unused months at the monthly-equivalent price. Effectively: you pay for the time you used. Refund requests go to support@omestasystems.com.
