What Omesta stores
When you connect an ad platform (Meta, Google, TikTok) or payment processor to Omesta, we store the OAuth access token you granted, your platform account identifier, and the campaign / performance data needed to provide the service. Customer identifiers in tracking data are hashed with SHA-256 before storage — we never store your customers' plaintext personal information.
Disconnect a platform (instant)
To revoke Omesta's access to an ad account at any time, do either of the following — both take effect immediately:
- In Omesta: Dashboard → Integrations → disconnect the platform. We delete the stored OAuth tokens for that connection.
- On the platform itself: remove Omesta from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations(or Google / TikTok's equivalent connected-apps page). The token we hold stops working immediately.
Delete your account and all data
Email support@omestasystems.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". Within 30 days we permanently delete your account, stored OAuth tokens, campaign data, tracking events, and analytics records. We'll confirm by email when deletion is complete. Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. invoices, signed agreements) are kept only as long as the law requires.
If you connected through a partner platform
If you connected your ad accounts through a partner application built on Omesta Connect (for example, a provider dashboard that sent you to an Omesta-hosted connection page), the same rights apply. Email support@omestasystems.com with the email address or business name you used on the partner platform, and we will locate your workspace, revoke its tokens, and delete its data within 30 days. You can also revoke access instantly from your ad platform's connected-apps settings as described above.
