Pause a rule
Disable the relevant rule in Autopilot when you do not want it to propose new changes. Review pending actions separately and reject any you do not want executed.
Check the actual ad state
Turning a rule off does not itself resume a campaign that is already paused. Confirm the campaign, ad set and ad status in the connected platform before changing delivery.
Keep the history
Use the activity log to understand what was proposed, approved, executed or failed.
