Cancelling

Cancellation is designed to take 15 seconds.

The flow

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You confirm once. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period. You keep access through that date and then your workspace goes read-only.

What you keep

Read-only access to all dashboards, historical leak data, and audit logs for 30 days after the cancellation date. Exports work for those 30 days.

What gets deleted

After the 30-day read-only period, we schedule workspace deletion. All data is purged from active storage within 7 days and from backups within 30 days. Audit log entries are retained for legal compliance only.

Re-subscribing

If you come back within 90 days, your workspace is restored with full history. After 90 days, re-subscribing creates a fresh workspace.
