Upgrading and downgrading

Plan changes are instant and prorated. No "call sales" friction.

Upgrading

One click from Settings → Billing → Change plan. The new plan's features activate immediately. You're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current period.

Downgrading

Same one click, opposite direction. New plan's limits (workspaces, members, feature access) take effect at the start of the next billing period. You keep the higher-tier features through the end of the current period you already paid for.

What happens to data

Never deleted on downgrade. If you were on Scale and downgrade to Starter, the data Scale-only modules generated (e.g., incrementality test history) stays in your account but is read-only until you re-upgrade. No backfill needed on re-upgrade.

Member limit

If your workspace has more members than your new plan allows, existing members retain access for 30 days. After 30 days, the oldest-added members beyond the limit become view-only.
